Recovery

Design your own hour of recovery using Saunas, Spa, swim Spa, red light therapy (10 mins) and ice bath.
You could tweak the timing based on how you feel or how your body responds. This hour is meant to balance heat therapy, muscle relaxation, and circulation with the revitalizing benefits of cold exposure.

Mat Pilates sessions

Move better, feel stronger, and reconnect with your body. Our Mat Pilates sessions are designed to improve core strength, balance, and flexibility in a supportive and welcoming environment. Whether you’re new or experienced, you’ll leave feeling refreshed, aligned, and energised.
